Delivery and Shipping
Our beautifully curated gift boxes can be shipped anywhere in Canada for a flat fee. Basket delivery is limited to the York Region please confirm availability before placing your order. For bulk or custom orders, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re here to help! You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method.
To initiate a return:
Reply to your order confirmation email specifying the items you wish to return.
Await confirmation from the Touch Box team.
Pack all items securely.
Please note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Send your return to the address provided.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
